Program Details

Define the core metadata for your program or routine.

Name your program and pick a type. Programs have phases and a weekly schedule. Routines are a flat collection of workouts you can run any time.

Phases are named periods of your program (e.g. Foundation, Build, Peak). Each week gets a 7-day pattern: assign workout IDs to training days and leave the rest as REST.

Workouts are built from blocks. Each block has a type that controls how the exercises are sequenced:

Straight sets: all sets of one exercise, then move on Circuit: rotate through all exercises each round EMOM: every minute on the minute Accumulation: hit a total rep count across sets

Each exercise gets a prescription: reps or time, RPE, tempo, and rest.
